Thank you for considering the Gatsbys. To book your wedding/event, a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee of $300, a signed contract, plus the allotted travel fee is required. The balance of the package is due in full TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the wedding/event, unless other arrangements have been made. If the balance is not received before the event, the Gatsbys reserve the right not to attend the event.

You may at anytime choose to add additional services or hours from the listed pricing. However, if you decide to downgrade after the contract has been signed, a $200 fee will be applied. If any special attire is requested (I.E. matching suits or tuxedos) that must be rented, the rental fees must be paid to the Gatsbys at the time the event payment is due–at least two weeks before the wedding/event.
